Reasonably priced smoke-free hotel. Newly decorated and updated room with a fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. The staff were very nice and courteous. The location was favorable. An excellent restaurant available onsite.

Everything was great at this hotel, very nice and courteous staff. the room was impeccably clean with 2 double beds. - They provided wake-up service when I asked. - There were a microwave and a fridge upon arrival.

The hotel's location is convenient, right next to stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. The room with 2 double beds was comfortable, and the bed itself was exceptionally cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

It was filthy. The dirty washcloths from the previous guests were in the shower on the shower rod. The bathroom was never cleaned. There were only 2 flat pillows to sleep and the register was broken and also filthy

the hotel was close to a lot of shopping venues. It was easy to get to.Staff were very nice but if you want above average accommodations, this isn't it.

I called for directions and got their automated directions #. The directions indicated that the hotel was behind Cookers Restaurant. Cookers has not been in business for about 4 years in that area so unless you knew this, you had no idea how to get there.Facilities were dated. They gave me a smoking room; they said the website does not differentiate smoking vs nonsmoking. It stank. Hotel sold out; no other options as it was nonrefundable. Staff were nice; hotel was dated in decor and room.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was kind. The location was perfect, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was convenient. it was a great stay for the price.

I would have preferred bare floor to the carpeting that felt very worn and rumpled.

Staff greetings when we came in & left and friendly, courteous clerk at the desk. Very clean. Nice having refrigerator & a microwave & WiFi, if we needed it. Appreciate the friendliness of all the staff and very accomodating. Parking lot clean and well lighted. Would stay again at a Red Roof Inn as that was our 1st time. Our conference was at Holiday Inn & they'd over-booked rooms so we had to get a room on our own and Red Roof Inn was so convenient to everything. Glad we chose it. We had never used the Booked.net and was leery but it was excellent, easy, fast and cheaper than going thru Red Roof directly. Thanks, again.

The place was clean and everything was great. the clean rooms were updated with a microwave and fridge. - Enjoyed the location close to everything. - the location was great, with Nicolinni's nearby for us to grab a bite to eat.
